How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your BitCloudFarm account and all associated data directly from the app:
Step-by-Step Process:
- Open Settings in the app.
- Tap on Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion.
Once confirmed, your account and all personal data stored by BitCloudFarm will be permanently deleted from our servers.

⚠️ Important Warnings
Permanent Action: Deletion cannot be undone. All virtual farm data, mining progress, machines, and payout history will be removed.
Pending Payouts: Any pending BTC payouts will be canceled if the account is deleted before reaching the minimum withdrawal threshold.
📋 What Happens After Deletion
- Third-Party Data: Any information shared with third-party services (like analytics or payment providers) will also be deleted according to their privacy policies.
- Timeframe: Data deletion may take up to 30 days to complete fully from our servers.
- Legal Exceptions: We may retain some data if required to comply with laws or resolve disputes, as permitted by applicable regulations.
