• Build and manage virtual farms.
• Add mining machines and upgrade hashrates.
• Earn BTC mining rewards when the minimum payout threshold is reached.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this app. By using the app, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.

4. User Accounts

Users may create accounts to track farm progress and payouts.

5. BTC Payouts

• BTC payouts are available only after reaching the minimum withdrawal threshold.
• Earnings depend on farm type, mining machines, and hashrate.
• BitCloudFarm does not guarantee daily or instant income.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or manipulate the app.
• Use the app to violate laws or third-party rights.
• Submit false information for payouts.

7. Content & Intellectual Property

• All content, graphics, and features in BitCloudFarm are owned by us.
• Users may not copy, distribute, or sell content without permission.

8. Disclaimers

• BitCloudFarm is provided "as is".
• We do not guarantee profits or specific BTC earnings.
• All mining is cloud-based; device hardware is unaffected.

9. Limitation of Liability

• BitCloudFarm is not liable for losses, damages, or interruptions caused by app usage.
• Users accept that BTC payouts are dependent on app system performance and conditions.

10. Modifications

• We may update the app and Terms at any time.
• Updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting at www.bitcloudfarm.com.

11. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violating these Terms.
• Users may delete their account anytime via app settings.
